Emotional Intelligence Test Reveal Who We Truly Are

No one knows you better than yourself. And this must somehow be validated through experience. self esteem self help  hunger feeds this emotion as well as emotional intelligence cultivated over the years.

Knowing oneself is our ideal state, yet only a few have ever achieved this reality. Many may claim  they are fully aware of the emotions underlying their personalities or the triggering instances that would help these emotions rise. Many pretend that they understand themselves fully and that they have the proper concepts of themselves. Some may even go further as to claiming that they discern the reality of their lives because of creative thinking techniques or identifying with positive thinking quotes. This may be true. The sad truth though is that achieving that ideal state takes a well developed emotional intelligence IQ and a solid self confidence score.

Men, for example, have the tendency to overlook their flaws. They are too myopic to see their imperfections. We say that we love everything that we are and have accepted ourselves fully. But once we are confronted with situations that will open our eyes to the truths, suddenly our confidence falters and our self esteem takes a flounders.

An emotional intelligence test works well when this situation arises. This will help us appreciate our flaws and our imperfections. If somebody comes to you now and challenges you, you know what to accept and what to exclude as personal opinion.

There are reasons why you would not. One, it may be that you're all too convinced that you lack nothing. Or two, you just don't have enough trust in the person. There may be other reasons but central to them is your non-acceptance of the realities.

If you would not bargain with what a fellow may tell you, then you can at least consider the facts the emotional intelligence test  revealed.

Everyone wants to be perfect. The more we drive ourselves to perfection, the more we get frustrated. This can be achieved yet the stakes of achieving it are too low.

There are no perfect emotions and there are no perfect reactions to specific stimuli. It's just that we develop certain emotions only according to the conditions by which we are or were subjected to. Your emotional intelligence is only the product of your reactions.

Thus, if you reacted negatively on a specific condition, it is likely that you have developed a portion of your emotional intelligence based on that negative reaction. If so, then you might have flaws yet to be recognized. The problem is, we rarely recognize our flaws unless we are exposed to conditions that cause them to surface. And that is the reason why emotional intelligence tests are used to help us know ourselves better.

Being a crucial part of our individuality, people are becoming aware of developing their emotional intelligence so as to create fuller lives. Emotional intelligence tests are now being integrated in the classrooms to help educators determine the potentials and true characteristics of the individuals they are delegated to teach.

Emotional intelligence test are now being administered at every institutions imaginable to help people realize they can achieve whatever they want in life.

Becoming fully aware of our emotional intelligence and the facets that make up our personalities will help enrich the knowledge of ourselves. Thus, we will become better persons who can impact the world in a positive manner. In the end, our claim of knowing ourselves will no longer be a veil that we use to hide our imperfections but a mirror that will reflect the self esteem and self worth that projects onto our world.
